Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Layout Designer proficient in AutoCAD to develop qualified gym layouts and fitness facility plans. The candidate will be responsible for designing equipment placement layouts, space planning, and preparing presentation-ready drawings for commercial gyms, health clubs, hotels, residential projects, corporate fitness centers, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare gym and fitness facility layouts using AutoCAD.
- Design equipment placement plans based on available space and client requirements.
- Create 2D floor plans, equipment layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Optimize space utilization while ensuring safety, accessibility, and functionality.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, and Service teams for layout requirements.
- Modify layouts based on client feedback and management inputs.
- Maintain drawing records and version control.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales layout proposals and project presentations.
- Ensure layouts align with company product specifications and industry standards.




- Prepare drawings for installations and project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in AutoCAD preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory).
- Excellent space planning and layout design skills.
- Understanding of gym equipment dimensions and placement principles.
- Knowledge of scaling, dimensioning, layers, and drafting standards.
- Good visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in fitness equipment, interior design, commercial space planning, or architectural layouts.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D visualization software will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with sales and project execution teams.

Experience

- 1–5 years of relevant AutoCAD layout design experience.
- Freshers with excellent AutoCAD skills may also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy and quality of layouts.
- Turnaround time for layout submissions.
- Client and management approval rate.
- Effective coordination with internal teams.
- Timely completion of revisions and project requirements.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
