Job Description

As the Private 5G RAN Architect, you will own the end-to-end RAN architecture for enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between complex 5G technologies and actual customer use cases, ensuring our networks are secure, scalable, and tailored to solve specific business problems,

Role & Responsibilities:-

- Customer-Centric Architecture: Deeply understand customer business use cases and translate them into robust End-to-End (E2E) Private 5G RAN solutions.

- TSD Creations & Freeze BOQ:- Cater the Business/Customer Requirement & Work closely with CFT’s (Planning, Regulatory, Strategy, TX,Infra & Partners etc) to freeze the Solution along with exact BOQ, SLA’s along with Solution Architecture.

- E2E System Integration: Drive the critical integration between RAN, 5G Core, FW & CPE. Ensure seamless connectivity and security from the core all the way down to the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and end-devices.(For FW, Core & CPE high level Understanding should be sufficient).

- RF & Network Planning: Oversee RAN dimensioning, spectrum strategy, and capacity planning. Must be highly proficient in reading, analyzing, and optimizing RF coverage plots for indoor and outdoor enterprise environments.

- Technical Ownership:



Act as the primary technical advisor for internal teams and enterprise customers, guiding them through technology selection, CPE compatibility, and deployment strategies.

- Vendor Management: Evaluate and collaborate with key OEM and RAN ecosystem partners like Ericsson & Nokia to validate recent hardware/software solutions.

- Deep RAN Expertise: Strong command of 4G/5G NR 3GPP standards, call flows, and Layer 1/2/3 protocols.

- Integration & Security: Proven knowledge of how RAN interfaces with the Core network and understanding of enterprise security/firewall integrations.

- Device Ecosystem: Familiarity with industrial CPEs, routers, and 5G modules used in enterprise deployments.

- Consultative Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate highly technical concepts (like coverage plots and network latency) to business stakeholders.
