We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to make outbound calls, handle incoming calls, explain company products or services, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Explain the company's products, services, offers, and business details clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain customer databases, call records,
and daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing customers when required.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil and English; other languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Positive listening, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle calls confidently and work toward targets.
