Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Game Developer Intern to join our on-site team in Mysore to help build engaging puzzle and casual games. This role is perfect for freshers with hands-on Construct experience who are eager to learn, debug event logic, and bring creative game concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and structure gameplay using Construct, utilizing event sheets, layouts, layers, variables, and behaviors.
- Implement object movement, collision handling, and core game logic for puzzle or casual games.
- Debug and resolve issues in event logic to ensure a smooth and playable gaming experience.
- Work with arrays, JSON, local storage, and basic JavaScript to build robust game features.
- Export finished projects to HTML format and perform basic testing for quality assurance.




- Communicate project progress regularly, incorporate team feedback, and continuously learn current game development techniques.

Skills:

- Basic handson experience with Construct through personal, academic, or practice projects
- Understanding of event sheets, layouts, layers, variables, functions, and behaviors
- Basic knowledge of object movement, collision handling, and game logic
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to debug event logic
- Willingness to learn, communicate progress, and incorporate feedback
- At least one small playable Construct project to demonstrate practical skills unpublished projects are acceptable
- Experience with puzzle or casual games, arrays, JSON, local storage, HTML exports, or basic JavaScript
