Job Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle client calls, understand property requirements, and coordinate with our sales teams. The role mainly involves speaking with potential clients, collecting buyer and seller details, identifying suitable property options, and forwarding qualified leads to the respective Residential or Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect details about budget, location, property type, and buying or selling preferences.
- Speak with buyers, sellers, property owners, and brands to gather relevant information.




- Match client requirements with available property options.
- Share qualified leads and property details with the respective sales teams.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their requirements and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain call records, client information, and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Residential and Commercial teams for smooth lead handovers.
- Update the team on daily calling activities and follow-up progress.

Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Interest in sales and real estate.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle client enquiries professionally.
