SS Education Foundation is looking for confident, motivated, and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students and prospective customers, explaining the organization's educational programs and services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and interested candidates.
- Explain educational programs, courses, admission procedures, and related services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with interested candidates.
- Generate leads and convert potential prospects into admissions or enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Address queries and provide relevant information to prospective students.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.





Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, and lead generation.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, customer service, or education counselling experience will be preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
