We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of content strategy, audience engagement, analytics, and organic social media growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media growth strategies.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, shorts, and videos.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content formats.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create quality content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, views, and overall account performance.
- Analyze insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness,



engagement, and organic reach.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of hands-on social media management experience.
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other major platforms.
- Experience in content planning, social media strategy, and audience growth.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop strategies and take ownership of social media growth.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently manage multiple social media accounts, develop effective content strategies, and deliver measurable growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
