Job Summary

Rukmani Motors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee, maintain, and secure the company’s IT infrastructure across dealership outlets, workshops, and offices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in hardware troubleshooting, computer networking, CCTV surveillance management, biometric systems, server maintenance, and vendor management to ensure zero downtime in daily dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Hardware & Infrastructure Management

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and UPS systems across all outlets.
- Perform regular hardware audits, preventative maintenance, and timely hardware repairs/replacements.
- Ensure all software (Windows OS, MS Office, Antivirus, ERP tools) are duly licensed, updated, and compliant.

2. Networking & System Administration

- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, access points, and firewalls across multiple dealership locations.
- Monitor network bandwidth, uptime, and latency to ensure seamless connection to MSIL / Automotive OEM portals, DMS, and cloud systems.
- Configure and manage VPN connections for secure communication between remote branches/workshops and headquarters.
- Implement data backup schedules (cloud and local) and ensure robust data security and disaster recovery mechanisms.

3. CCTV & Physical Security Surveillance

- Oversee the end-to-end installation, operation, and maintenance of CCTV cameras (NVR/DVR systems, IP cameras) across showrooms, workshops, stockyards, and customer lounges.
- Ensure 24/7 continuous video recording, live feed monitoring, storage management, and regular footage archiving.
- Troubleshoot video loss, network dropouts, cable faults,



and storage disk errors immediately.
- Provide access control and retrieved footage to management as required for security or audit purposes.

4. Dealership Software & Portal Support

- Coordinate technical support for Dealer Management System (DMS) / ERP tools, diagnostic software, and OEM portals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external IT vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), and telecom partners for SLA management and issue escalation.
- Resolve daily technical helpdesk tickets raised by sales, service, accessories, and back-office staff.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Network & Systems Uptime: Maintain 100%network and server availability.
- CCTV Operations: Ensure zero camera downtime across stockyards and outlets.
- Ticket Resolution: Quick turnaround time for hardware/software complaints (under SLA).
- Data Security & Backups: 100% compliance with weekly/monthly scheduled backups.

Candidate RequirementsEducation & Certification

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, MCSA, Network+, or Hardware & Networking diploma.

Experience & Technical Skills

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant hands-on IT experience (preferably in automobile dealerships, retail, or multi-location setups).
- Networking: Expertise in TCP/IP, Routers, Managed Switches, Firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos), LAN/WAN cabling, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Hardware & Systems: Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, printer/scanner maintenance, and biometric devices.
- Surveillance: Hands-on experience with Hikvision, CP PLUS, Dahua, NVR/DVR configuration, IP addressing, and RAID storage.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Valuable communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to handle multi-site operations and travel to local branches/workshops when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
