Management Consulting Intern (3-Month Summer/Winter Program)

Role Brief

We are seeking high-potential, ambitious students in their final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree for a rigorous 3-Month Internship Program. This is not an administrative internship; you will be embedded directly into elite case teams. You will work on real client problems, providing a unique launchpad into a full-time management consulting career.

Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Industry Research: Conduct deep-dive market research, macroeconomic analysis, and competitor benchmarking across multiple industries (e.g., Tech, Healthcare, Retail, and Public Sector).
- Data Synthesis & AI Analytics: Clean, analyze, and interpret complex client data sets using advanced Excel functions and enterprise generative AI tools.
- Deliverable Creation: Assist in building highly structured, logically sound PowerPoint presentation decks and dashboards for client steering committees.
- Agile Case Operations: Support the Case Management Office (CMO) in tracking daily workstream sprints, documenting action items, and managing project repositories.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: Currently pursuing the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution (all disciplines welcome, including Business, Engineering, Economics, and Humanities).
- Academic Excellence: Demonstrated strong academic performance, leadership in extracurricular activities, or notable competition wins.
- Analytical Mindset: Solid quantitative skills, basic comfort with data analysis, and a highly logical approach to problem-solving.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex thoughts clearly. Write a concise letter explaining why you need to do this internship, ensure that the same is not AI generated.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala
