Sales & Operations Manager – Night Shift
Location: Ambala Cantt | WFO | Night Shift
Experience: 2–8 Years | Automotive Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the international sales team and drive revenue.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, quality, and productivity.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Maintain CRM records and improve operational processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in international sales/global voice processes.
- Robust team management and target achievement skills.
- Excellent English communication and leadership.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and reporting.
- Comfortable with a permanent night shift.
