Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive, concept-clear lectures aligned with board curricula (ICSE, CBSE, and State Board).
- Design practice worksheets, chapter-wise mock tests, and revision modules.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individualized feedback to bridge learning gaps.
- Monitor student performance, track attendance, and communicate progress updates regularly with parents.
- Foster an engaging, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment that inspires academic confidence.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / B.A / M.A / B.Ed preferred).
- Experience: 1–3+ years of teaching experience in coaching institutes or schools. Exceptional freshers with strong conceptual mastery and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ICSE, CBSE, or State Board examination patterns.
- Skills: Excellent classroom delivery, patient demeanor, fluent verbal communication, and effective student engagement techniques.
