We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR activities. This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and other HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities, including job posting, candidate calling, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, joining, documents, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee information.
- Support the HR team in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support in preparing HR reports, trackers, and other documentation.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA/BMS/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
