Job Description – Collection Executive (Two-Wheeler Loans)

Salary Range: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Location: Pune

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle overdue EMI collections for the two-wheeler loan portfolio.

Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for timely payment.

Manage delinquent and NPA accounts and support recovery efforts.

Coordinate with customers, dealers, and the internal credit/collection team.

Maintain daily collection reports, visit records, and recovery updates.

Ensure qualified customer handling and compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Eligibility: 2–5 years of experience in field collections, preferably with an NBFC or vehicle finance company.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field visits. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collection efficiency, overdue recovery, field visits, and delinquency reduction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
