Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for electrical panel design, machine wiring, PLC-based control systems, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical control panels, electrical circuits, and wiring diagrams for industrial machinery.
- Handle electrical wiring, installation, testing, and commissioning of machines.
- Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, temperature controllers, sensors, and other industrial electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system faults and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with mechanical, production, and service teams to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Prepare and maintain electrical drawings, wiring documentation, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Conduct functional testing and quality checks before machine dispatch.
- Support customer-site installation, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting when required.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.




- Coordinate with suppliers for electrical components and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery, automation, or electrical control systems.
- Practical knowledge of electrical panel design, machine wiring, and industrial troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and temperature controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical testing, preventive maintenance, and safety practices.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning, whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in plastic processing machinery, extrusion equipment, or industrial manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, or similar PLC platforms.
- Familiarity with international customer requirements and industrial electrical standards.
