Technical Service Executive –Urgent Hiring (After-Sales, Production & Quality Coordination)

Job Description

We are looking for a technically sound and customer-oriented professional to handle after-sales service, client grievances, and technical requirements. When client visits are not scheduled, the candidate will support the Production and Quality Control (QC) departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client offices across India as required, with support from the Sales Team.
- Handle customer grievances, technical queries, and product quality issues.
- Coordinate with clients, Production, and QC teams to resolve technical problems.
- Support routine Production and QC activities when not travelling.
- Understand aluminium alloy properties, material specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain client visit reports, complaint records, and technical documentation.

Eligibility

- B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM).
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience; aluminium,



metal, foundry, or alloy manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of scientific principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
- Excellent communication, professional presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
