About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and be interested in digital marketing, branding, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and viral content formats.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, and posts.
- Write creative captions, hooks, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with the team on content ideas, campaigns, and brand communication.
- Assist with video editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Monitor social media analytics, including reach, engagement, watch time, and follower growth.
- Research competitors and suggest strategies to improve social media performance.
- Help maintain consistent brand communication across platforms.
- Track content performance and prepare weekly progress reports.





Skills Required

- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Good writing, communication, and research skills.
- Creativity and awareness of current digital trends.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve content performance.

Preferred: Students or recent graduates in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Business Management. A robust portfolio or personal social media page is an advantage.
