About the Role
Eco Repairs, a growing UK-based domestic appliance repair and home services company, is hiring an experienced and motivated Customer Support & Digital Marketing Executive to join our remote team.
We are looking for a professional with strong English communication skills, customer service experience and a good understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings and follow-ups via calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Communicate with UK customers and coordinate with engineers.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create engaging social media content and support lead generation.
- Assist with SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Business Profile and customer reviews.
- Monitor marketing performance and maintain customer records.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (essential).
- Previous experience in customer support and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection.
