Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential customers.
Manage existing client relationships and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with customers.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Candidate Requirements:
5–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to develop new markets and build long-term customer relationships.
Good understanding of sales planning, business development, and market analysis.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
