We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, billing, and quantity control for residential projects. The role involves close coordination with site, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate cost management and effective material control throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
- Perform BOQ preparation, including detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
- Handle billing and payments, including verification and certification of contractor bills.
- Conduct rate analysis and validate item-wise rates as per project requirements.
- Ensure proper material reconciliation by tracking material consumption against approved BOQs.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for cost control and reporting.
- Monitor project costs and highlight variations to management.
