The Medical Equipment Planner coordinates medical equipment planning activities among clients, project partners, end users, and internal teams while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires sound independent judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

·Excellent work ethic with robust problem-solving skills and consistent follow-through attitude.

· Well versed in healthcare infrastructure, operations, and/or practice and have direct experience in transition activities.

· Ability to work within a project team.

· Detailed knowledge in medical equipment planning with good knowledge on healthcare code compliance including healthcare operations and planning, operational interviews, technology integration,



and healthcare facility activation.

· Demonstrate familiarity and understanding of current technology changes in the biomedical engineering discipline.

· Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred

· Knowledge of MilStd 1691 and JSN (Joint Schedule Numbers) is beneficial.

· Five Years of experience in medical equipment planning on large healthcare projects.

Qualifications-·· Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineer, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
