Content Creator | Social Media & Influencer Partnerships

Navi Mumbai (On-site, Full time)

Role:

We're looking for a creative and digitally-native Content Creator to join our in-house team. You'll be

creating content across social platforms for our agency brands and client accounts, with a strong

focus on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) & YouTube. You understand how the algorithm works, not

just in theory but in practice, and you can build content that gets watched, shared, and acted on.
If you enjoy making content as much as you enjoy analysing what works, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

● Create short-form video, reels, carousels, and static content for client social media accounts

● Develop content for Way for Web and Conexus brand channels

● Build and maintain a content calendar across multiple accounts

● Identify and reach out to relevant content creators and influencers for collaboration

opportunities

● Stay on top of Meta algorithm changes, trending formats, and platform updates

● Repurpose content intelligently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

Shorts)

● Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and client briefs

● Monitor performance metrics and optimise based on data

What We Need:

● Proven experience creating content for Instagram and Facebook (portfolio required)

● Strong understanding of Meta algorithm, content formats, and what drives reach and

engagement

● Comfortable on camera and behind it, both are useful here

● Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)





● Experience or confidence in reaching out to influencers and creators for partnerships

● Good written communication in English

● Ability to manage multiple accounts and content pipelines simultaneously
