Aura Realtors is a real estate organization focused on delivering quality property solutions and building strong customer relationships. We are looking for a result-oriented Closing Manager who can drive conversions, manage the closing team, and achieve booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Closing & Revenue Generation

- Drive property bookings and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads and site visits into successful bookings.
- Handle high-value clients, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Follow up with prospective customers until booking confirmation and payment completion.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and monitor conversion ratios.

2. Team Management

- Lead, manage, and motivate the closing team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Allocate leads and monitor follow-up activities and sales performance.
- Conduct daily sales review meetings and provide guidance to team members.
- Train team members in negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and target achievement.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
- Address customer objections, pricing concerns, and booking-related queries.
- Coordinate with Presales, Sourcing, CRM, and Site teams for smooth customer handling.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, professional communication, and a positive customer experience.

4. Reporting & CRM Management

- Ensure all leads, calls, site visits, follow-ups, and bookings are updated in the CRM.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track lead-to-visit, visit-to-booking, and overall conversion ratios.
- Submit regular sales updates and target achievement reports to management.

5. Booking & Payment Coordination

- Coordinate with the CRM and accounts teams for booking documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure booking forms and customer details are complete and accurate.
- Monitor initial payment collection and coordinate outstanding payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and approved pricing policies.

Required Skills

- Strong sales closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, reporting, and CRM management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; a business or sales qualification is an advantage.
- 3–7 years of relevant real estate sales experience.
- Prior experience in property closures, residential projects, or channel sales is preferred.
- Experience managing a closing team will be an added advantage.

- Achievement of monthly booking and revenue targets.

- Consistent follow-up and effective lead management.
