Construction & Interior Finishing

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Engineer / Civil Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate contractors and workers, monitor work quality and ensure timely completion of civil and interior finishing works across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate civil contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other vendors.
- Interior Finishing: Monitor tile laying, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, electrical fittings, plumbing and other finishing works.
- Quality Control: Inspect workmanship, identify defects and ensure corrective action before work progresses.
- Material Management: Estimate material requirements, coordinate procurement and minimise wastage.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily work progress, labour deployment and project timelines.
- Measurements and Billing: Verify site measurements, contractor bills and quantities of completed work.
- Reporting: Share daily progress updates, site photographs, pending-work lists and issues requiring management attention.
- Problem Solving:



Identify site issues early and coordinate practical solutions with contractors and management.
- Safety and Housekeeping: Ensure safe working practices and maintain an organised site.

Required Skills

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of civil construction and interior finishing.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good contractor, labour and material coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, quantities and cost estimation.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site progress.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling residential buildings, villas or premium interior finishing projects.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of assigned works.
- Reduce rework, material wastage and avoidable delays.
- Keep management informed of issues before they affect the schedule.
- Take ownership of assigned site activities with minimal supervision.
