Job Summary:

Onwords Automation Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily field visits to potential customers at their residences.
2. Present, explain, and demonstrate home automation products and solutions, highlighting their features and benefits.
3. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
4. Build and maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
5. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
6. Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence,



including competitor activities and industry trends.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
8. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
10. Represent the company professionally and uphold the brand image during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
2. Minimum 1 year and up to 4+ years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or related roles.
3. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel extensively may also be considered.
4. Fluency in Tamil and English required.
5. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets will be an added advantage.
8. High energy level, self-motivation, and a customer-first attitude..
9. Willingness to travel more than 150 km daily as part of the job requirements.
10. Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable with extensive field travel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
