Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technician to join our facilities services team in India. This role demands a multi-skilled qualified capable of performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and safety of all facility equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system failures promptly to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components using appropriate tools and techniques while adhering to company and industry safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to support compliance and audit requirements.




- Collaborate with facility management and other technical teams to plan and implement maintenance schedules and upgrades.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and company policies related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as required by the facility.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Support inventory management by monitoring and reporting on the availability of spare parts and tools.
