Role Title: Production Planning & Controlling (PPC) Head

Reporting To: Director, General Manager, Top Management

Experience Required: 12-18+ years

Education: MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Production Management (or a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in a core engineering field).

Experience: 10- 15 years in Production Planning & Control or Operations Planning in Electrical (Fan Industry)

Salary: Negotiable

Job Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Key Responsibilities

· Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop short- and long-term production plans aligned with customer demand, sales forecasts, and Master Production Schedules (MPS).

· Capacity & Resource Optimization: Maximize plant utilization, manpower, and equipment efficiency through workload analysis and line balancing.

· Material Planning & Control: Coordinate with procurement, stores, and supply chain teams to manage raw material stock levels (MRP/MRS issuance), prevent shortages, and reduce excess inventory.

· Manufacturing Coordination: Partner with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to track WIP (Work in Process) progress and resolve bottlenecks.

· Process Improvement & Lean Manufacturing: Implement best practices, reduce lead times, and drive continuous improvement (e.g., OEE and First Pass Yield tracking).

· Performance Monitoring: Maintain production metrics, MIS reports,



and ERP data reconciliation.

· Team Leadership: Mentor, build, and oversee the PPC and planning team.

· Technical Skills:

o Capacity and demand planning

o Lean manufacturing and line balancing

o Bill of Materials (BOM) management and work order reconciliation

o Certifications such as APICS / CPIM are a robust plus.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
