Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented B2B Counsellor to develop and maintain relationships with education consultants, study abroad agents, and channel partners. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, supporting partner consultants, and promoting our international education programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B partners, education consultants, and study abroad agents.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's partner network.
- Explain university programs, admission requirements, and country-specific study options to partner consultants.
- Follow up with existing and potential business partners to achieve targets.




- Coordinate with internal counselling, admissions, and visa teams to ensure smooth student application processing.
- Provide partners with updated information regarding university admissions, courses, fees, and documentation.
- Maintain partner records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a relevant qualification is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, overseas education, channel sales, or education consultancy is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and achieve business targets.
- Good knowledge of study abroad destinations and university admission processes is an advantage.
