Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients warmly and assist them with appointments and service inquiries.
- Manage bookings, appointment schedules, and customer follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client, finance, inventory, and staff records.
- Support billing, payment collection, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations and a professional customer experience.

Working Hours:

- Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
