- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain the required services and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
- Explain repair estimates, additional work, and service recommendations.
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and customer details accurately.
- Promote additional services, accessories, and value-added services where applicable.
- Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and improve satisfaction.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, service revenue, and other assigned targets.





Required Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and repairs.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
