POSITION: US Healthcare Recruiter
EXPERIENCE: 1-5 Years
LOCATION: Kondapur, Hyderabad
WORK MODE: On-site
SHIFT: Night Shift Only
TIMINGS: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
✅ 1+ years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
✅ Experience sourcing candidates for Nursing, Allied Health, Clinical, and other Healthcare positions.
✅ Strong understanding of US Healthcare Staffing requirements, job descriptions, and recruitment processes.
✅ Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, healthcare job boards, and internal databases.
✅ Expertise in candidate screening, qualification, interview coordination, and follow-ups.




✅ Ability to understand client requirements and identify, qualify, and submit suitable candidates.
✅ Strong cold-calling, candidate engagement, relationship-building, and offer coordination skills.
✅ Good understanding of US time zones, healthcare staffing workflows, and recruitment processes.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and achieve submission, interview, and placement goals.
