Job description

Aflog is a Bangalore-based content marketing platform and creator marketplace that connects D2C brands with a large network of creators. We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our young, creative team and help manage content across our social media channels.

You will work closely with our design team to turn ideas into engaging content, publish it on time, and track how it performs.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and schedule content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Write captions, hooks, and short-form video scripts
- Coordinate with designers and editors to get content ready on time
- Publish and schedule posts across platforms
- Respond to comments and DMs and keep pages active
- Track social media trends and suggest content ideas
- Share weekly performance updates

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation; agency experience preferred
- Valuable understanding of short-form content, reels, hooks,



and platform trends
- Strong writing skills and an eye for good creative
- Well organised and able to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Notion (or similar tools)
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate, and comfortable working from the office

Good to have

- Experience working with creators or influencers
- Comfort on camera
- Experience with D2C brands
