Job Title: Head Operator

Department: Store Operations Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Manager Work Location: Kukatpally

Job Type: Full-time

1. Job Purpose

To supervise and manage daily store operations, ensure smooth coordination among employees, maintain store standards, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving operational targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Store Operations

- Ensure the store opens and closes on time according to company procedures.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure all employees perform their assigned duties.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding daily activities and operational issues.
- Ensure proper product display, stock arrangement, and store maintenance.
- Monitor billing operations and coordinate with the billing team when required.

B. Staff Management

- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, grooming standards, and uniform requirements.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate instructions to team members.




- Train new employees on operational procedures and customer service.
- Report staff shortages, absenteeism, and performance issues to the Store Manager.

C. Grooming and Store Standards

- Ensure all employees wear the prescribed uniform, ID card, and appropriate footwear.
- Check employee grooming before the start of each shift.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Verify that product displays and promotional materials meet company standards.
- Ensure grooming photographs and other required reports are submitted on time.

D. Reporting and Communication

- Submit daily operational reports to the Store Manager.
- Report attendance, grooming, stock, and customer-service issues.
- Communicate company instructions to all relevant employees.
- Maintain accurate operational records and complete assigned checklists.
- Escalate emergencies, safety concerns, and major operational issues immediately.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
