Job Title: Unisex Hairdresser & Hair Trainer

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience

We are looking for a skilled Unisex Hairdresser & Hair Trainer to provide professional salon services and conduct practical hairdressing training for academy students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform men’s and women’s haircuts, styling and blow-drying.
- Provide hair colouring, highlights, balayage, smoothening and keratin services.
- Consult clients and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Train students in hair cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and assess students’ progress.
- Maintain hygiene, service quality and professional standards.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in unisex hairdressing.
- Solid technical skills and the ability to teach students confidently.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Previous salon or academy training experience preferred.
