NWAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Lead Qualification Executive to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Indore
Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office (5.5 days working)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assign qualified leads to the sales team.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and track lead performance.
Required Skills: Excellent communication, CRM knowledge, MS Excel, lead management, and customer-handling skills.
