About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO and the top leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, hungry to meet high quality professionals and working in a dynamic environment.

You'll gain exposure to Management, Sales, Business operations, project coordination, planning, and execution while working on high-impact initiatives alongside the CEO.

We are looking for a tech-oriented business operator to work closely with the Founder’s Office across strategy, product, GTM, growth, fundraising, and business operations.

The ideal candidate comes from a technology/product/engineering background but has developed a strong understanding of business, GTM, growth, and commercial decision-making.

This is not a role for someone who simply executes tasks. We are looking for someone who can think independently, challenge assumptions, form a point of view, and turn ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.

What You'll Do

- Work with leadership on strategy, business planning, and high-priority initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research and develop clear recommendations.
- Build GTM strategies, market-entry plans, pricing analyses, and business cases.
- Support fundraising through investor decks, market sizing, business narratives, and strategic theses.
- Create strategy decks, investor presentations, pitch decks, and leadership presentations.
- Work closely with Product and Technology to translate technical capabilities into business and customer value.
- Support product positioning, launches, growth, SEO, content, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyse revenue, pipeline, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and growth metrics

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience, preferably from a technology, product, engineering, analytics, or technical consulting background.
- Robust understanding of Business, GTM, growth, and product thinking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.




- Ability to work with data, technology, and business problems simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable creating decks, business cases, market analyses, and strategic recommendations.
- Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, SaaS metrics, and growth.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and vibe coding.

More Important Than Any Tool

We are not hiring someone because they know Claude, ChatGPT, or vibe coding.

These are tools that anyone can learn.

What matters is whether you can use your judgement:

- Can you identify the right problem?
- Can you ask the right questions?
- Can you distinguish a good idea from a bad one?
- Can you look at data and form a point of view?
- Can you understand both the technology and the business impact?
- Can you challenge the founder when you disagree?
- Can you take an ambiguous problem and figure out what needs to happen next?

We are looking for someone who uses AI to amplify their thinking — not someone who uses AI instead of thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in planning and executing projects, events, and business initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Travel occasionally for meetings, events, retreats, or other business requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
