Job Purpose:
To operate, set up,



and optimize plastic injection molding machines for manufacturing medical-grade components, ensuring strict compliance with quality, regulatory, and cleanroom standards.

Job Description:

- Set up and optimize injection/blow molding machines for medical components
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and cleanroom standards
- Develop and validate molding processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Monitor product quality, dimensions, and surface finish
- Troubleshoot defects like flash, shrinkage, and warpage
- Coordinate with QA, R&D;, and production teams
- Maintain process documentation and batch records
- Improve cycle time, productivity, and reduce rejection rates
- Handle mold maintenance, trials, and recent product development
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness

Skills Required
- Knowledge of injection moulding process
- Understanding of medical quality standards (ISO 13485, GMP)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail (critical for medical products)

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Polymer / Plastics Engineering)
- 3–8 years experience (medical device preferred)
