Role: Bus Captain / Passenger Service Executive

Responsibilities:

- Ensure bus cleanliness and readiness before departure.
- Verify passenger tickets, manifests, and seat/berth allocations.
- Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and onboard queries.
- Maintain professional behaviour and premium hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with drivers and the control room regarding delays, breakdowns, and complaints.
- Supervise the cleaner/helper and maintain onboard hygiene.
- Ensure safe luggage and parcel handling, where applicable.
- Report incidents, passenger complaints, and maintenance issues promptly.
- Encourage honest passenger feedback and follow company SOPs.
- Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain punctuality and discipline.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Mandatory night duty on assigned routes.
- Mandatory travel onboard buses between assigned cities.
- Must be comfortable with overnight shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Must maintain punctuality, discipline, and qualified conduct.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
