Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute civil construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage foundation work, concreting, excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, and structural work.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and structural designs.
- Monitor daily site activities, labour, contractors, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and project timelines are followed.
- Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, contractors, and other departments.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and material consumption reports.
- Check BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing measurements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports,



and construction documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drawings.
- Understanding of RCC, foundation, structural, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, and site billing.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
