Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition & Sourcing: Generate new leads via direct sales, open markets, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, or corporate tie-ups. [1, 2, 3]
- Portfolio Management: Nurture and deepen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling of other banking products (e.g., insurance, current/savings accounts). [1, 2, 3]
- Financial Assessment & Advisory: Analyze customer financial profiles, income proofs, and creditworthiness to recommend suitable loan structures. [1, 2, 3]
- Coordination & Processing: Work closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth file verification, underwriting, legal checks, and timely loan disbursal. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Portfolio Quality: Ensure adherence to bank policies, RBI guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while keeping early delinquency (NPA/default) rates low. [1, 2]
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursals and portfolio growth. [1, 2]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
