We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café and ensure smooth functioning.

- Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to maintain high service standards.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.

- Monitor sales, daily revenue, billing, and cash handling.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely purchasing.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.

- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours.

- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service speed.

- Implement promotional activities and strategies to increase sales.

- Control operational costs and minimize wastage.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).





- Prepare daily sales reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in café, restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage management preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Knowledge of POS billing systems, inventory management, and basic reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in café or restaurant operations.

- Experience in staff supervision, sales management, and inventory control is an advantage.
