Job Description – Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily RCC conventional construction and finishing works at project sites.
- Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, curing, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing activities.
- Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and engineers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Check workmanship and maintain required quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage at the site.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour records,



measurements, and work progress updates.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Strong practical experience in RCC conventional construction and finishing works.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects preferred.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Contractor and labour management skills.
- Understanding of construction quality and safety standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: As per experience, skills, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
