We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. The ideal candidate will help clients find suitable residential and commercial properties, generate leads, coordinate property visits, and assist in closing property deals.

This is an incentive-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, networking, and earning based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and connect with potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Negotiate and coordinate between clients and property owners.
- Assist in closing rental and sale transactions.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize earnings through successful transactions.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in real estate, sales, and client handling.
- Confidence in lead generation, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Self-motivation and a result-oriented attitude.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
