Job Description

Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of EPCM and Plant Engineering projects for global and domestic clients. This role oversees project planning, discipline coordination, execution monitoring, cost and schedule control, stakeholder management, invoicing, and successful project closeout. The position demands strong leadership, multi‑discipline coordination, client handling, and experience managing the full lifecycle of Oil & Gas and Plant Engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution

Lead complete lifecycle of EPCM/Plant Engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and efficient execution.
Direct and manage multi‑discipline project teams, ensuring explicit task allocation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
Act as single point of contact for both international and domestic projects, including onsite support as needed.
Support Project Managers in preparation, implementation, and continuous monitoring of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with all discipline leads for engineering inputs, technical clarifications, and timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with internal LTTS stakeholders-engineering, planning, procurement, finance, HR, IT-to ensure workflow efficiency.




Manage client communication, proposal preparation, and support in responding to new project enquiries.

Project Control, Reporting & Invoicing

Handle project management functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and invoicing.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to project leadership and higher management.
Ensure timely project documentation including MOMs, trackers, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Project Closeout & Knowledge Management

Prepare project turnover dossiers, lessons learned documentation, and ensure smooth project closeout activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through feedback collection and post‑project reviews.

Required Experience & Skills

15-20 years of progressive experience in Oil & Gas, EPCM, and Plant Engineering projects.
Strong background in project engineering, project control, coordination, and invoicing.
Proven leadership in directing multi‑discipline engineering teams.
Excellent communication, client‑facing, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage onsite/offshore execution models.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
