- Route & Schedule Planning: Design and monitor bus routes, trip timings, and pickup/drop-off schedules for students and staff.
- Fleet & Maintenance Management: Track routine servicing, repairs, vehicle fitness certificates, insurance renewals, and permit compliance.
- Driver & Staff Supervision: Manage attendance, duty rosters, conduct, and training for bus drivers and conductors.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce local motor vehicle laws, speed limits, vehicle capacity limits, and emergency protocols.
- Event Coordination: Arrange dedicated transport for college events, sports meets, industrial visits, and field trips.
- Record Keeping & Budgeting: Maintain logs for fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and report fleet metrics to college management.
- Incident Response: Handle breakdowns, delays, route alterations, or roadside emergencies promptly.
