IndiNite Ltd is a London-based digital marketing and personal branding agency working with businesses in hospitality, lifestyle, property, finance and the UK-India corridor. We are hiring a Meta Ads Expert to work fully remote from India and run Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our clients.

This is a results role. When you take on a client, results must be visible within 7 days.

What you will do:

- Plan, build and launch Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) in Ads Manager for our UK and international clients

- Set up audiences, placements, budgets and the Meta Pixel / conversion tracking

- Test creatives, hooks and ad copy, and scale what works

- Show visible results for every client within one week of taking them on

- Send a written report to the agency every 24 hours: spend, reach, clicks, CTR, CPC, leads or sales, cost per result, and what you will change next

- Optimise campaigns daily and cut what is not working





What we are looking for:

- Proven hands-on experience running Meta ads with real results (please share case studies or screenshots when you apply)

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel and audiences

- Able to work during UK business hours

- Disciplined about daily reporting

- Good written English

- Own laptop and stable internet connection
