FACTORY SUPERVISOR

CTC: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing operations and team management. The candidate will supervise shop-floor activities, manage manpower, support production targets, and maintain quality and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day factory and shop-floor operations.
- Allocate work to production teams and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Monitor production targets, workflow, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.
- Monitor machine operations and report breakdowns or operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.




- Maintain production records, shift reports, and manpower attendance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules and minimize wastage.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in factory supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Experience with HEX Plastic / HEX Bond or related plastic extrusion and packaging manufacturing operations will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in team handling and manpower management is essential.
- Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and shop-floor management.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and work effectively under pressure.

Compensation

₹45,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
