About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 3D Visualizer & Architectural Designer to work on industrial and commercial building projects, including glass facades, aluminium systems, and ACP cladding.

The candidate should be able to interpret architectural drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models, realistic exterior renders, and high-quality animation videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert architectural plans, elevations, and 2D drawings into detailed 3D models.

- Create 3D building models using SketchUp.

- Develop realistic exterior renders of industrial and commercial buildings.

- Visualize glass facades, aluminium systems, ACP cladding, colours, textures, and materials.

- Create 3D animation videos and architectural walkthroughs.

- Prepare professional project presentations and incorporate design revisions.

Required Skills





- Solid practical knowledge of SketchUp and 3D modelling (Mandatory).

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drawings.

- Experience with D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent rendering software.

- Practical experience in 3D animation and walkthrough video creation.

- Knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and realistic rendering.

- 3ds Max with V-Ray/Corona and Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in 3D visualization and architectural design.

- Strong portfolio of 3D building models, exterior renders, and animation videos.

- Experience in industrial/commercial buildings or facade projects is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the design team.

-Salary (30000 to 50000)as per Experience and Knowledge.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
