Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead hospital operations, administration and human resources. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating departments, overseeing purchasing and supporting quality standards to ensure efficient services and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure effective coordination between clinical, administrative and support teams.
- Manage administrative functions, facility maintenance, housekeeping, security and other support services.
- Lead HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, staffing, attendance, performance reviews and employee relations.
- Develop and implement policies, standard operating procedures and departmental workflows.
- Oversee purchasing, vendor management, inventory control and timely availability of supplies.
- Review operational budgets, monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure effective use of the Hospital Management System (HMS),



including accurate records and reporting.
- Coordinate NABH-related quality processes, documentation, internal audits and corrective actions.
- Monitor patient service processes, address operational concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Work with management and department heads to plan staffing and resources.
- Track operational performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to applicable hospital policies and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

- MBA, PGDM or MHA in Hospital or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in hospital operations, including at least 2–3 years in a senior management role.
- Hands-on experience in HR management, purchasing and hospital administration.
- Practical experience with Hospital Management Systems (HMS).
- Experience in NABH standards, documentation and quality processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
