- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and the HR Manager, and prepare transparent job requisitions and job descriptions.

- Hire for manufacturing profiles such as CNC and VMC setters, machine operators, helpers, quality inspectors, maintenance staff and supervisors, along with staff roles as needed.

- Post vacancies and search candidate databases on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, WorkIndia, Job Hai and similar portals.

- Promote openings on social media and messaging channels: LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp and Telegram job groups, and local referral networks.

- Source candidates through walk-in drives, consultants, ITI and diploma institutes, employee referrals and the company's own candidate database.

- Screen resumes and run telephone screening in Hindi, English and other local languages to check skills,



experience, salary expectations and notice period.

- Coordinate interviews and technical rounds with the concerned heads, and take feedback promptly.

- Run reference checks, salary negotiation, offer rollout and follow-up until the candidate joins.

- Support joining formalities and onboarding with the HR team.

- Maintain the candidate tracker, a talent pool and regular recruitment reports for the HR Manager.

- Build reliable sourcing channels for repeated, high-volume shop-floor hiring.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
