Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant to be part of our advisory team. The role involves working directly with founders, senior management, and investors to deliver high-impact financial insights, streamline operations, and ensure robust compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS & Financial Planning

- Develop and implement MIS and reporting dashboards for clients
- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making

2. Virtual CFO / Advisory Services

- Support clients in cash flow management and financial planning
- Prepare investor reports, pitch decks, and board presentations
- Assist in fundraising and financial structuring

3. Compliance & Audit Coordination

- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and corporate laws
- Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulators
- Review financial statements and audit schedules

4. Transaction & Due Diligence Support

- Assist in financial due diligence and data room preparation
- Support deal structuring and investor negotiations
- Work on valuation support and financial analysis

Process Optimization & Controls

- Design SOPs and strengthen internal financial controls
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Support automation and ERP implementation initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis
- Experience with accounting/ERP tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills

Preferred Experience

- Experience in consulting/advisory firms
- Exposure to startups, SMEs, or VC/PE-backed companies
- Hands-on experience in MIS, budgeting, and CFO support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
